The Duke of Edinburgh's Award - a self-development program for young people 14-25.  Three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.  Each of these levels has four sections - Physical Recreation, Skill, Service and Adventurous Journey.  The Gold Award also has a Residential Project.
